I'm excited to show some of my work from Marvel's Spider-Man 2!
I was responsible for the environment art of two spaces inside of the Hunter Base seen in the "Bad Guys On The Block" mission: the research lab and the boiler room.
I built and setdressed the makeshift Hunter research lab using mostly existing assets made by other artists. I created the crossbow blast shield and the storage cage models that were later used throughout the game's Hunter locations as well as the Scorpion armor case that is unique to this room.
I built and setdressed the boiler room using a mix of existing and new assets. I was responsible for conceptualizing and building the elevated platform model set that was used in several other Hunter locations, and I created the key surfaces for the walls and floor by spinning off unique varitions of core materials made by Insomniac's dedicated material/texture team.
